Great price
You can’t beat the price for these. They seem heavy duty and are pretty bright. I wouldn’t see the need to spend a ton of money on something not much brighter. I haven’t tested them as far as drop resistance, water, etc, yet but I’m happy with them. I like the small size.

Inexpensive, seems rugged
A bright, small lite. The only downside is the on switch requires running through every option, including strobe. When not needed or intended, strobe function is truly annoying.

Powerful little flashlights
I’m so impressed with these little flashlights, I needed something bright as I don’t have lights out the backdoor and backyard and I take my dogs out early morning and night sometimes when its really dark, and with these flashlights I can pretty much light up a really big spot and all the way to the fence, two settings are awesome, my pics don’t do justice, I’m very satisfied highly recommend

Good light, needs another button
So I like these flashlights a lot. They were great on our camping trip at Yosemite last month.They are very bright, they are adjustable for wide or tight beam, they are lightweight, and still sturdy and well built.The one thing I do not like is that they only have the one button and it is for on/off and it also goes through the different modes. The problem with this is when you turn it on after using it normally, the next time you turn it on, it will be on flashing mode, so you end up having to turn it off and on a few times to get it back to normal.Other than that, it is a good flashlight and I would recommend it.

Handy Little Lights At Very Reasonable Cost
I’m sure you know that this style small LED flashlight is sold under many brand names and at many prices. I really like these little lights, and ever since I bought the first ones several years ago have never been without two or three around the place. Most of these small lights use the same LED chip and are normally powered by three AAA batteries. Battery life is quite good, and the light is bright enough to be useful for just about any task. Perhaps the main advantage is their small size–you could literally carry one in your pocket if you wanted.Although you will find slightly different designs of the flashlight case, the units are similar enough to suspect that some major manufacturer cranks them out and many different distributors grab them and put their name on them. Although they originally just had the off/on push-button switch, most now incorporate multiple modes of flashing lights along with the steady flashlight beam. For my purposes, I would rather just have the on/off capability, but it’s hard to find one with only that these days. The units have been pretty reliable–the aluminum body is sturdy, the battery case holds up, and the LED chip has not failed on any I’ve had.These particular Hausbell lights are my most recent purchase, and at 5 bucks apiece I consider them a bargain. I keep one in the house, the car, and my RV, and I’ve given them to the kids and grand kids. If you haven’t bought any of this type light yet, give it a try. Buy the inexpensive ones since most of them at various prices seem to be essentially the same light. I think you’ll find that they’re really handy to have around.

Awesome flashlights! Really bright. Multiple options and also strobe.
After having a 9 hour power outage and not having any flashlights except from our phones, we purchased these. BEST BUY EVER!! Totally worth the money. They are very bright, have multiple width of the light beam and also a strobe option. Cannot say whether battery life is great so only 4 stars there since they have not been used enough to determine that. Will definitely recommend these to anyone. Turned off lights in one room and used this and could see everything. AWESOME!

Bright, strong, and good for the price
I saw a lot of 1-star reviews as well as many questionable 5-stars but I purchased anyway and am pleased with my decision. First off, this is not going to last several hours straight. The battery will run down within a couple hours I use it in the car, short walks, and for short periods when looking for something in the dark. It is quite bright and adjustable from a wide view down to a little square. It has 5 modes: high, medium, low, strobe and SOS. I have no use for strobe but the SOS feature is a nice bonus. It feels heavy-duty, made of aluminum, and the push button switch feels consistently accurate but I can’t say whether or not it will last. I’ve had switches fail on cheap flashlights before so I’m always concerned about the switch over almost anything else. There are 4 small torque screws around the switch plate so it would be easy to access the switch if necessary. I’m wondering if there are different versions of this light being sold. Many reviewers are talking about AA and AAA batteries and that some came with no batteries but mine, as advertised came with a rechargeable 2000 mAh 18650 battery that slides into a plastic tube inside the handle. (+ side down). I was concerned the battery would move and cause the battery to misalign but it hasn’t been an issue and it doesn’t rattle when shaking it. It charges via USB type C cable with a USB A port to charge your phone, earbuds, etc. If you have an 18650 charger and a spare battery that would be a bonus. Being only 2,000 mAh I would only use it to charge my phone if I had no power and didn’t need the flashlight but it could come in handy in some situations. I have never ran it all the way down but I did charge it about 2 weeks ago and used it for a minute or so here and there and then the other day I turned it on high and let it sit for an hour and it dropped down one level. (4 lights is full and it dropped to the 3rd light) I don’t know how accurate the power level is but It was still fully bright after an hour straight.For the price, it’s better than I expected. It’s certainly not the best flashlight I own but it’s far from the worst and I have no complaints.

Sturdy, bright, lightweight, focus control
This compact flashlight is well designed and well made. It seems sturdy. The light is bright. Batteries are easy to install and replace. It has a very easy to use light focusing feature that lets you zoom in or out from a tight beam to wide are coverage. All that and it’s lightweight as well. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Great buy
I bought these for a church retreat that my daughter was attending. Each camper needed to have their own flashlight. This was compact and bright enough to make her comfortable walking around the camp at night. Luckily, it was a two pack, and I got one for myself as well.

small but bright
At first, I was disappointed that the flashlights were as small as they are, not quite compact size but only a bit larger. However, they are very bright and the zoom/focus works well. The casing is metal, and appears to be fairly rugged, all in all a good utility light for a low price.

Very good
Honestly, for the price I paid for this pair of flashlights (Memorial Day sale – $7.99) this was a steal. They work great. And they are very bright. I do not think they are 3000 lumens though. I compared the throw to my other flashlight which actually is 3000 lumens. Not the same. But not bad. I would guess about 1500 lumens which, let’s face it, if you are just using this to walk the dogs in the middle of the night, this more than does the job.

Great value for the money
My first order had a couple issues. I knew the reviews were good so I was surprised when the light did not work. It had to be a one off because the next two I received were great. Unusual mode of operation
There are 4-5 different light settings, and you must cycle through each of them (turning on, then off) to get to the setting you want. Seems like an unnecessary feature. Otherwise the flashlight works as advertised.

I should’ve read the description more carefully
These flashlights do just what they say they will, but that’s not what I wanted. The flashlights each have 5 different modes (bright, medium, low, strobe, SOS), but you have to click through all the modes to get back to the one you started with. That’s super-annoying if you are doing a task where you need the flashlight occasionally, since you have to click 5 times to get back to the same brightness mode you were using. I wanted them for general household use, but now I’ll probably keep one in our emergency bag for hurricane season and put one in my car’s glove box. Oh well.

Works fine but it’s not as bright as I wanted it to be. I take my dogs for a walk at night that’s why I bought a flashlight. I’ll probably get another one eventually. Feature-Rich & Bright
This pair of flashlights with a long-enough-for-versatility hanging loop is sturdy & made well, with a nice heft to them. They’re also more than an inch longer than all of my other small flashlights that do no more than project a so-so beam of light. But the bright lamps in this feature-rich pair, by comparison, can project either a wide or a smaller spotlight-like beam upon sliding the head forward & back.Sliding the head slowly forward gradually narrows the beam into a small square & then finally to a small circle of light. A quick double-click at the thumb-click end—while the flashlight is turned on—will produce either a Morse code SOS or a rapidly flashing strobe effect that would be great for campers or anyone out at night needing to draw attention. Note that using these extra features takes time & a little practice to understand the manufacturer’s logic of how these features work before deciding your flashlight is defective.Some of my other compact size flashlights came with 3 alkaline batteries. I prefer using 3 each of my rechargeable AA eneloop batteries since I always have plenty on hand—those same batteries have been serving me for many years without exhausting the recharge-potential of even one of them. That is also true of the Sanyo chargers purchased for them, all before Sanyo was purchased by Panasonic.From that standpoint, newer isn’t necessarily better. But I’m very happy with these new Hausbell flashlights & should the need ever arise I would purchase them again.
